Pepperoni Rolls(Makes Approximately 45 Rolls) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 c. warm water
    1 c. sugar
    1 1/4 c. shortening
    5 pkg. active dry yeast
    21 c. flour
    4 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. powdered milk
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in a little warm water.
    Set aside.
    Add warm water, shortening, sugar, salt and powdered milk together.
    Let cool.
    Add yeast to mixture.
    Add flour and mix together.
    Grease bottom of pan and dough.
    Cover and let rise until double.
    Divide into rolls.
    Put 4 to 5 slices of pepperoni in each roll.
    (I use a little Mozzarella cheese.)
    Then roll up and place on greased pans.
    Let rise and bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
