Seaton Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (12 oz.) box elbow macaroni
1 medium onion
2 medium cucumbers
3 tomatoes
1 stalk celery
1 1/2 c. Miracle Whip
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
Preparation

Cook and drain macaroni.
Finely chop onion; add to cooked macaroni.
Peel and cut cucumbers in circle slices and add half to macaroni.
Cut and remove insides of tomatoes.
Slice and dice, then add to macaroni.
Chop celery into thin slices.
Add Miracle Whip.
Add salt and pepper.
Stir all ingredients.
Chill and serve.
Great for church buffet.
Double ingredients for larger parties.
