Pecan Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/3 c. ground pecans
    1 c. ground raw potatoes
    1 c. ground raw carrots
    1/2 c. ground raw onions
    1 c. fine dry bread crumbs
    1 c. tomato juice
    1 egg
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1 Tbsp. melted butter
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. sage
Preparation
    Use a fine blade of the grinder for the first four ingredients.
    Mix all ingredients.
    Pack into a greased pan (7 1/2 x 3 3/4 x 2 1/4-inch).
    Cover with a foil and bake in a preheated 350\u00b0 oven about 45 minutes.
    Remove foil and bake 15 minutes longer.
    Slice and serve hot with a mushroom sauce.
