Chili Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    24 tomatoes
    8 onions
    8 peppers
    4 c. sugar
    1 tsp. cloves
    1 tsp. pepper
    4 c. white vinegar
    4 Tbsp. salt
    1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 1/2 tsp. ginger
Preparation
    Grind peppers and onions and boil in sugar, salt and vinegar for 20 minutes.
    Add cut up tomatoes.
    Cook for 1 to 2 hours.
    Add spices and cook 5 to 10 minutes.
    Bottle hot.
