Frosted Cream Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. Brer Rabbit molasses
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 c. water
    3 egg yolks
    1 c. shortening
    2 tsp. soda
    2 Tbsp. cinnamon
    1 egg white
Preparation
    Knead in flour to roll easily, approximately 5 to 6 cups flour.
    Use your favorite cookie cutters.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for approximately 8 to 10 minutes.
    Cookies should be cool before frosting.
