Lady Diana'S Peanuts - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. salted peanuts or 1 lb. mixed nuts
    6 Tbsp. butter, melted in jelly roll pan
    2 egg whites, beaten stiff (to which you add 1 c. sugar)
Preparation
    Add peanuts to egg white mixture. Put in jelly roll pan.
    Stir every 10 minutes in a 325\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes.
    Cool on waxed paper.
    Store in can. These peanuts are great!
