Cherry Pecan Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can tart cherries
1 can Eagle Brand milk
1/3 c. lemon juice
grated lemon rind (1 to 2 tsp.)
1 small carton Cool Whip
1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation

Drain cherries and mash in strainer.
Beat milk and cherries, add lemon juice and rind.
Fold in Cool Whip and pecans.
Pour in graham cracker crust and refrigerate.
