Dijon Ham And Lentil Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. chopped onions
    3/4 c. green bell pepper
    1/2 c. chopped carrots
    1 clove garlic
    1 bay leaf
    2 (13 3/4 oz.) cans chicken broth
    1 can stewed tomatoes
    1 1/4 c. water
    1 c. diced ham
    3/4 c. dried lentils
    1/2 c. country Dijon mustard
Preparation
    In large saucepan, combine all ingredients, except mustard. Heat to a boil over medium-high heat. Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered, for 1 hour. Stir in mustard. Serve hot!
