Pork Barbecue - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 small onion
2 or 3 c. leftover pork, cut into small pieces
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 c. parsley
2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 Tbsp. butter
2 Tbsp. vinegar
3 Tbsp. brown sugar
1 c. catsup
1/2 Tbsp. mustard
salt and pepper
Preparation

Cut up onion and saute it in butter in skillet.
Add the pork and heat it until the pork starts to brown.
Add all other ingredients and simmer for 30 minutes.
Stir well to prevent sticking to pan.
Serve on hamburger buns.
