Breakfast Casserole(Sausage And Egg) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 eggs (can substitute Egg Beaters for 3 of the eggs)
    6 slices bread (that has been cubed)
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    2 c. milk
    1 tsp. salt (may be omitted)
    1/2 tsp. dried mustard
    1 lb. mild pork sausage
Preparation
    Brown and crumble sausage.
    Drain off grease.
    Can also rinse sausage in hot water to remove additional fat.
    In a blender or mixing bowl, combine eggs, milk, salt and dried mustard until just blended.
