Brown Rice And Bread Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 to 4 eggs
    3 c. milk (skim)
    5 to 6 slices whole wheat bread, cubed
    2 to 3 c. brown rice, cooked
    1/2 c. raisins
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    1/2 c. sugar
Preparation
    Beat eggs, sugar, milk and vanilla together.
    Add cinnamon. Stir in rice, bread and raisins.
    Bour into 3 quart casserole. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 60 minutes.
    Pudding is done when knife inserted between edge and center comes out clean.
    Let cool to warm!
    Great for breakfast and desserts.
