Stuffed Artichoke Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    16 oz. sour cream
    8 oz. cream cheese
    12 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
    7 to 8 chopped green peppers
    1/4 c. butter
    8 cloves garlic, grated
    1 (10 oz.) can artichoke hearts
    1 large loaf French bread
Preparation
    Saute onions until tender; add remaining ingredients (except bread) and set aside.
    Dig the center of the French bread out until only bosee shell is left.
    Place the cheese mixture in shell and spread evenly.
    Wrap entire mixture in the bread loaf in foil and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
    Serve hot with chips or crackers.
