Hot Chicken Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cooked chicken, chopped
    2 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
    1 c. diced celery
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1/2 c. water chestnuts or sliced almonds
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Combine ingredients and place in baking dish.
    Top with crushed potato chips.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    (This is good served hot as a main dish or served cold on a bed of lettuce, or as sandwich filling.)
