Barbecued Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small onion, minced
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/2 c. dried bread crumbs
    salt and pepper
    1 egg
    2 Tbsp. oil
    3/4 c. ketchup
    2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1/3 c. water
Preparation
    Mince onions.
    Combine beef, onions, crumbs, 3/4 teaspoon salt, 1/4 teaspoon pepper and egg.
    In skillet, heat oil over medium heat.
    Cook meatballs, 3 to 5 minutes.
    Remove meatballs with slotted spoon.
    In skillet, add ketchup, 1/3 cup water, mustard, brown sugar and Worcestershire sauce and bring to boil. Return meatballs to pan.
    Reduce heat to low.
    Cover and simmer until hot and cooked, 3 to 5 minutes.
    Very good.
