Bread Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 c. stale French bread
    4 eggs
    1 qt. milk, scalded
    1/2 c. butter, melted
    2 c. sugar
    1/4 c. bourbon
    1/2 c. raisins
    1/2 c. chopped pecans
    2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Soak the bread which has been broken into small pieces in the milk.
    Cream well the butter and sugar and add the eggs, one at a time.
    Stir in the vanilla, raisins, pecans and bourbon.
    Mix with soaked bread.
