Mothers Chicken, Rice And Peas Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 cup minced onion (1 Tbsp. dried onion)
1 Tbsp. butter
1 can chunk chicken
1/2 can green peas
1 cup minute rice
1 cup water
1/8 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. curry powder
dash of garlic powder
1/4th of chicken bouillion
Preparation

Brown onion slightly in butter, Add chicken, peas, and water. Bring to boil. Add rice and cover pot. Turn heat down as low as possible. Add seasoning to your taste and the rest of ingredients when water is gone, approximately 5 minutes.
