Seafood Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. artificial crabmeat
    1 1/2 lb. shrimp
    1 lb. scallops
    1 stick oleo
    2 sleeves Ritz crackers
    parsley
    12 oz. shredded Mozzarella cheese (you may omit cheese)
Preparation
    In large baking pan (greased), layer fish.
    Sprinkle with chopped parsley.
    Sprinkle with cheese if you wish to.
    Crush crackers; mix with oleo.
    Sprinkle over all.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until cooked.
    Use no salt and pepper.
