Cranberry Nut Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. all-purpose flour
1 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/4 c. butter or margarine
1 egg
3/4 c. orange juice
1 Tbsp. grated orange peel
1 1/2 c. fresh or frozen cranberries
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
Preparation

In bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, salt and baking soda.
Cut in butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
Add egg, orange juice and peel; stir into dry ingredients just until blended.
Add cranberries and walnuts.
Spoon into a greased and floured 8 x 4 x 2 inch loaf pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 65 - 70 minutes. Cool in pan 10 minutes before removing to a wire rack to cool completely. 1 Loaf.
