Chicken Corn Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 oz. chicken breast, cooked and minced
    1 (16 oz.) can cream-style corn
    1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1 Tbsp. cooking sherry (optional)
    4 c. chicken broth
    salt to taste
    4 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 egg white
    4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
Preparation
    Combine minced chicken and creamed corn; set aside.
    In a large saucepan, heat oil and sherry to just below boiling. Immediately add chicken broth and stir to mix.
    Bring mixture to a boil and add chicken and corn mixture.
    Add salt to taste.
