Easy Turkey Pot Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (6 oz.) pkg. Stove Top chicken flavor stuffing mix
1 (4 oz.) can mushroom stems and pieces
1 chicken bouillon cube
1/4 c. butter or margarine
1/4 c. finely chopped onion
1/3 c. all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 c. milk
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 1/2 c. diced, cooked turkey
Preparation

Prepare stuffing mix as directed on package using 1 1/2 cups water.
Press gently into greased 1-quart ring mold and keep warm. Drain mushrooms, reserving liquid.
Add boiling water to liquid to make 1 cup; add bouillon cube and stir until dissolved.
Melt butter in saucepan.
Add mushrooms and onion and cook until lightly browned.
Blend in flour, salt and pepper.
Add measured liquid, milk and Worcestershire sauce.
Cook and stir until thickened and smooth.
Add turkey and heat thoroughly.
Just before serving, unmold stuffing ring onto serving platter.
Spoon turkey mixture around base and into center of ring.
Makes 6 servings.
