Pumpkin Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. canned pumpkin
3 1/2 c. sifted flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
3 c. sugar
1 c. oil
2/3 c. water
4 eggs
Preparation

Sift dry ingredients together.
Add oil and eggs.
Add pumpkin and water.
Blend by hand.
Pour into 2 loaf pans, well-greased. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
