Strawberry Pie Filling - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    2 c. water
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    Cool Whip
    1 (3 oz.) strawberry jello
    fresh strawberries
    1 baked pie shell
    1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
Preparation
    Cook sugar, water and cornstarch until thickened, will not be very thick.
    Add jello.
    Let cool, then add fresh strawberries. In baked pie shell, spread cream cheese, then pour cooled strawberry filling over top.
    Top with Cool Whip.
