Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (32 oz.) pkg. plain frozen hash browns
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 pt. sour cream
1/2 c. minced onions
1 c. Velveeta cheese
1/2 c. oleo, melted
salt and pepper to taste
1 c. milk
2 c. crushed corn flakes
1 stick melted oleo
Preparation

Put potatoes on bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan.
Then add onions and oleo, then salt and pepper.
Heat soups, milk, sour cream and cheese until melted.
Pour over potatoes.
Then put on topping of corn flakes.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
