French Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 c. cooked potatoes
    parsley, salt and pepper to taste
    1/2 c. oil
    1 mashed garlic clove
    chopped onion
    1/4 c. vinegar
Preparation
    Set aside potatoes to cool.
    Mix remaining ingredients and pour over chopped potatoes.
    Let stand in refrigerator for several hours to blend flavors.
