Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 zucchini (small to medium)
    1 Tbsp. butter
    3 Tbsp. bread crumbs
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    3/4 c. sour cream
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan
Preparation
    Cut zucchini in 1/2-inch slices.
    Simmer in water for 10 minutes.
    Place in an 8-inch casserole.
    Combine the sour cream, Cheddar cheese, butter and salt; heat until blended.
    Pour over zucchini.
    Combine bread crumbs and grated cheese; sprinkle over casserole.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
    Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
