Quick Cheddar Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 1/2 c. all-purpose biscuit mix
2 c. shredded extra sharp cheese
1 1/4 c. milk
2 eggs, slightly beaten
Preparation

Combine biscuit mix and cheese. Add milk and eggs, mixing just until moistened. Pour into greased and floured 9 x 5-inch loaf pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 55 minutes. Remove from pan and serve warm. Yields 10 to 12 servings.
