Summer Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. yellow or zucchini squash
    1 large onion, chopped
    8 Tbsp. margarine
    1/2 pt. cottage cheese
    1/2 lb. grated Swiss or Muenster cheese
    4 eggs
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Lightly brown onion in 4 tablespoons margarine.
    Thinly slice squash and add to frying pan.
    Cook on low heat until squash is soft.
    Add rest of margarine (4 tablespoons).
    In a separate bowl, mix cheeses, eggs and salt.
    Blend into squash mixture.
    Pour into a large, greased casserole.
    Bake about one hour in a 350\u00b0 oven.
