Chilled Potatoes In Creamy Herb Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 red new potatoes
    1 c. frozen peas, thawed
    1/2 c. chopped green pepper
    2 Tbsp. fresh parsley
    1 1/2 c. plain nonfat or low-fat yogurt
    2 Tbsp. sliced green onion
    1 tsp. basil leaves, crushed
    1/4 tsp. salt
    dash of white pepper
Preparation
    In a medium saucepan, bring small amount of water to boil. Add potatoes; cook, covered, 25 to 30 minutes or until tender. Drain and cool.
    Slice and place in a bowl.
    Toss with peas and bell pepper.
    Add yogurt, parsley, green onions, basil, salt and pepper. Toss gently to coat.
    Cover; chill until ready to serve. Yields 8 servings.
