Caramel Popcorn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    7 qt. popped corn
    2 c. brown sugar
    1 c. oleo or butter
    1/2 c. corn syrup
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. baking soda
Preparation
    Place popped corn in a roasting pan.
    In a saucepan, combine brown sugar, oleo or butter, corn syrup and salt.
    Cook for 5 minutes.
    Take from heat and add vanilla and baking soda.
    Pour over popcorn and bake 1 hour at 250\u00b0, stirring occasionally.
