Cheese Sauce For Vegetables - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. margarine
1 tsp. dry mustard
dash of pepper
2 Tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. milk
1 c. shredded cheese (you can use 1/2 c. Cheddar and 1/2 c. Velveeta)
5 drops red pepper sauce
Preparation

Heat
margarine
over
low heat until melted.
Blend in flour, mustard, salt and pepper.
Cook over low heat, stirring constantly,
until\tmixture is smooth and bubbly.
Remove from heat.
Stir
in
milk.
Heat
to boiling, stirring constantly. Boil
and
stir
1\tminute.
Stir
in cheese and pepper sauce. Cook and stir over low heat until cheese is melted.
Good over cauliflower and broccoli.
