Egg Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. flour
    1 c. Crisco
    1 tsp. salt
    1 egg
Preparation
    Put egg in a measuring cup; add enough water to make 1/2 cup liquid.
    Mix flour and shortening until as fine as cornmeal; then add salt.
    Add the egg liquid.
    Mix well with a fork until it forms a soft ball.
    Sprinkle flour on board.
    Knead dough.
    Cut in half. Makes 2 crusts.
    Roll out to make crust.
    Bake unfilled crust at 350\u00b0 until brown.
