Baked Lima Bean Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 (15 oz.) cans Seaside lima beans
gingersnaps
6 strips bacon
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. catsup
Preparation

Use 3 cans of beans with juice; reserve juice from 1 can in case of drying out.
Line a 9 x 13-inch pan with gingersnaps. Cover with beans.
Mix brown sugar and catsup together; pour over beans.
Bake, covered, at 400\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
Remove cover and top casserole with bacon.
Return to oven with no cover and bake another 20 minutes longer.
Yum yum.
