Egg Custard - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. milk
    5 eggs
    3/4 c. sugar
    pastry
    1/2 stick margarine
    1 tsp. vanilla
    dash of salt
    nutmeg
Preparation
    Heat milk, sugar and butter in saucepan.
    Add salt.
    Heat until butter melts.
    Beat eggs; add hot mixture to eggs and add vanilla.
    Pour into pie crust.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for approximately 45 minutes.
    Sprinkle with nutmeg.
