Christmas Rock Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. butter
    3 c. brown sugar
    4 eggs
    5 c. plain flour
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    2 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. baking soda
    2 lb. diced dates
    1 1/2 lb. candied cherries
    1 lb. box white raisins
    3 slices candied pineapple
    1 lb. English walnuts
    1/2 lb. split almonds
    1/2 lb. Brazil nut pieces
    1 lb. pecan pieces
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Cream together the butter and brown sugar.
    Add the eggs; mix well.
    Add all other ingredients; mix well.
    Drop by tablespoonfuls onto cookie sheet.
    Bake for 13 minutes in preheated oven at 350\u00b0.
    These will keep in the freezer for quite a while.
    Makes 400.
