Banana Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. margarine
1 c. sugar
2 eggs, beaten
1 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. salt
3 large ripe bananas, mashed
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
Preparation

Cream margarine and sugar in bowl until light and fluffy.
Add eggs; mix well.
Sift flour, soda and salt into margarine mixture; mix until well blended.
Stir in bananas and walnuts.
Spoon into greased 5 x 9-inch loaf pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes or until loaf tests done.
Cool in pan for 10 minutes.
Remove to wire rack to cool completely.
Yield:
12 servings.
