Spinach Balls(Microwave) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach
    3/4 c. shredded Swiss cheese
    1/4 c. dry bread crumbs
    2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
    1 Tbsp. grated onion
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 egg, beaten
Preparation
    Microwave spinach in covered casserole on High 4 to 5 minutes, or until defrosted.
    Drain, pressing out excess liquid. Mix with remaining ingredients.
    Shape into 1-inch balls, about 1 1/2 teaspoons each.
    Place on wax paper lined baking sheet. Cover and freeze overnight.
    Pack in freezer container.
    Label.
    Freeze no longer than 2 weeks.
