Vegetable Stir-Fry - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
1 c. water
4 c. cut vegetables (broccoli, carrots, onions, green peppers, mushrooms and celery)
1 Tbsp. oil
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. ground ginger
pepper to taste
Preparation

Combine cornstarch, soup mix and water together; let set. Heat oil on high; stir-fry vegetables and spices until crisp.
Add soup mixture and heat, stirring.
Serve with hot, plain rice.
