Goulash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium onion, diced
    1 medium bell pepper, diced
    1 (7 oz.) elbow noodles
    1 qt. tomato juice
    1 lb. hamburger
    1 tsp. oil
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    In a large skillet, saut onions and bell peppers with 1 teaspoon of oil. In a large pot, boil noodles until tender. Add hamburger to onions and bell pepper and brown. When done, drain hamburger and noodles. Combine in large pot. Add tomato juice and bring to a boil. Ready to serve.
