Chicken Pate A La Maison - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    7 oz. boiled ham, ground
    14 oz. chicken breast, ground finely (your butcher can grind the chicken breast for you or use ground turkey; the American kitchen machine blade works well for me)
    7 oz. heavy whipping cream
    2 Tbsp. mustard
    2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    salt and pepper to taste
    2 egg whites
Preparation
    Mix ground ham and finely ground chicken breast in bowl and refrigerate up to 1/2 hour.
    Add unwhipped whipping cream and mustard; mix well.
    Add Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper. Beat egg whites and carefully fold into mixture.
