Pork Chop Saute - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 pork chops (3/4-inch thick, about 1 1/2 lb.)
    1/2 tsp. salt, divided
    1 Tbsp. oil
    1 large onion, finely chopped
    2 tsp. dried rosemary
    1/4 c. cider vinegar
    1/2 c. chicken broth
Preparation
    Sprinkle pork chops with 1/4 teaspoon salt.
    In nonstick skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat.
    Add pork chops; cook until lightly browned, about 5 minutes per side.
    Remove chops; cover to keep warm.
