Ingredients

1 c. Crisco
1 c. brown sugar
1 egg, beaten
1/8 tsp. salt
2 c. flour
1 tsp. soda
1 c. chopped pecans
1 can moist coconut
Preparation

Cream Crisco and sugar.
Add egg.
Mix dry ingredients and add to mixture.
Add pecans and coconut; mix well.
Pinch off pieces the size of a marble.
Put on cookie sheet and press with finger. Bake in preheated 375\u00b0 oven for 10 minutes.
