Teriyaki Beef - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. beef roast, sliced thin (you have your butcher slice it for you)
    1/3 c. soy sauce
    1/4 c. sugar (or less if you like)
    1/2 c. water
    1/2 c. chopped onions
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    1/3 finger fresh ginger, grated
    1/2 tsp. sesame oil
Preparation
    Taste sauce.
    If too sweet, add soy sauce; if too salty, add a little water.
    Soak meat overnight.
    Fry in a pan alone or with peppers and onions.
    You can cook it on the grill or stir-fry it with your favorite vegetables and serve with rice.
