Avocado Sauce For Fish And Poultry - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large avocado
juice and pulp of 1 lime
pinch of turmeric
pinch of chili powder
pinch of oregano
1 tsp. minced garlic
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Peel and put avocado; place in a food processor or blender. Add lime, spices and garlic.
Process until smooth.
Serve with poached fish, grilled chicken or steamed prawns.
Yields about 1 1/4 cups.
