Squash Relish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 c. ground squash
    2 c. ground onions
    2 c. ground sweet pepper
    2 tsp. salt
    2 c. vinegar
    3 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. mustard seed
    2 Tbsp. celery seed
Preparation
    Mix first four ingredients.
    Let stand for 1 hour. Mix together remaining ingredients and boil for 1 minute.
    Pour over squash mixture and boil for 5 minutes.
    Pour into sterilized jars and seal.
    Makes about 4 pints.
