2 c. flour
4 tsp. baking powder
1 1/4 c. milk
1/4 tsp. salt
2 eggs
6 Tbsp. melted butter
Preparation

Sift flour. Measure and add baking powder and salt. Separate yolks and whites of eggs and beat
each well. Combine egg yolks, milk and butter. Add flour gradually, beating until smooth. Fold in egg whites. Makes 6 waffles.
