Cheese And Bacon Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 frozen pie shell
    1 onion, finely sliced
    1/2 lb. bacon (1/2 pieces)
    4 eggs
    1/2 c. cheese (Monterey Jack preferred)
    1/4 c. milk
    1/2 c. Bisquick
    5 to 6 pieces boiled broccoli flowerets
    dash of pepper
    nutmeg (optional)
    parsley flakes (optional)
Preparation
    Fry bacon and drain excess oil.
    Add onions.
    Fry until tender.
    Pour
    into
    pie
    shell.
    Mix eggs, milk, Bisquick and seasonings in bowl.
    Pour over onions and bacon.
    Grate cheese and sprinkle on top of pie.
    Garnish with broccoli flowerets. Bake in oven at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
