Chile Egg Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 eggs, beaten
    1/2 c. unsifted flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 lb. cheddar cheese, grated
    1/2 c. melted butter
    1 (4 oz.) can diced ortega green chilies
    1 c. bacon, cooked & crumbled
    1 pt. creamed small curd cottage cheese, optional
Preparation
    Beat eggs, add remaining ingredients except chilies.
    Fold in chilies.
    Pour into greased 9 x 13 inch baking dish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes or until cooked all the way through.
    Serve hot. Makes 10 to 12 servings.
    You may substitute bacon with breakfast sausage or smokey links that have been cooked and cut into bite size pieces.
