Cucumber Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 large cucumbers, peeled, seeded and chopped fine
    1 tsp. dried dill weed
    1 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1/8 tsp. sugar
Preparation
    Drain
    excess juice from cucumbers.
    Place in a bowl and add dill
    weed,
    sugar, salt, pepper and lemon juice; mix well. Fold in sour cream and chill thoroughly.
    Great on boiled fish, baked potatoes or as
    dip for your favorite crackers.
    Yield: 2 cups.
