Fried Collard Greens - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    collard greens (fresh)
    3 Tbsp. bacon drippings
    salt to taste
    1/4 tsp. crushed pepper
Preparation
    Cut up greens to desired cut.
    Wash greens.
    Do not drain. Heat bacon drippings in boiler that you would cook greens in until hot.
    Put greens in boiler.
    Stir, then cover.
    Reduce heat to low.
    Stir every once in a while until done.
