Swiss Vegetable Medley - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) bag California Blend, partially thawed
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/3 c. sour cream
    2.8 oz. can Durkee French fried onion rings
    1 (4 oz.) pkg. Swiss cheese, shredded
Preparation
    Mix vegetables, soup, 1/2 package cheese, sour cream, pepper and 1/2 can onion rings.
    Put in 2-quart baking dish (sprayed with Pam).
    Bake, covered, at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    Add the rest of the cheese and onion rings.
    Bake, uncovered, for 5 minutes.
